Please read description of service before ordering. If you encounter any problems, open a ticket about it.
Partial status means that we delivered some part of your order and the remaining amount is refunded straight to your balance. Why does this occur? Either server had a problem with your order or our server couldn't fulfill the whole order on time so it delivered it partially. Does it happen often? No. In the end, you got what you paid for, the remaining is back to your balance!

Let's say you want to use the Mass Order to add Instagram Followers to your 3 accounts: Drake, FrenchMontana, JustinBieber
From the Services List @ https://smmreal.com/services, the service ID for this service "Instagram Followers [Max: 100k] [Start Time: 0 - 1 Hr] [Speed: 40K/D] [Real Mixed]
Let's say you want to add 1000 followers for each account, the output will be like this:

In the field Type — Select the type of services from the drop-down list.
In the field Link — Fill the link to the page in the right format(you can find it in the description of each service).
In the field Quantity — Fill the needed quantity of likes/followers/views.
Sometimes big Social Media platforms run updates on their end and we can't control that. Even if our description says "no drop" if you order at the time of an active update, drops of your order may occur. In that case, we will only be able to refill (if the service has a refill option), nothing else.

Be patient and always look for the upper number of our description. The start time that you can see in the description is just and approximately the time needed for that server to start processing your order, sometimes servers are overloaded and you will need to wait for the server restart which is at UTC 00:00. If it's stuck 24+ hours above it, then open up a ticket and we will solve it.
The cancel or refill button sends a trigger to cancel or refill an order, it doesn't work instantly, it's just a trigger, sometimes it's too late to stop an order, and sometimes an order might not need a refill or the service doesn't have a refill.
